NAGS Race Day 2021

Delegant provides association management services for a UK membership organisation. As part of this we also provide event management. Delegant has successfully managed their virtual Annual General Meeting which was streamlined online with live voting. Due to the ongoing pandemic the Association made the decision to postpone their Annual Conference once more, however, they still wanted to arrange a social event to allow their members to network and socialise. The Race Day was held at Stratford-upon-Avon.

Biggest Challenge

Our greatest challenge was organising an event during a pandemic, navigating ever-changing government guidelines and implementing additional measures to ensure the safety of all attendees. This required adaptability and meticulous planning to deliver a successful and secure event.
