Collaboration, Resilience and Performance – Insights from a True Champion

One of the highlights of last week’s international event in Berlin, organised and delivered by Delegant, was the opportunity to hear from a true sporting champion and inspirational speaker. We were delighted to welcome Roger Black MBE as one of our keynote speakers, where he delivered a fascinating, uplifting and highly motivating presentation on “The Winning Mindset: Collaboration, Resilience and Performance”. Drawing on his experiences as an elite athlete and his career beyond sport, Roger shared valuable insights into the importance of teamwork, adaptability, leadership and maintaining a winning mindset in the face of challenge and change.

Following the session, Delegant’s co-founders, Angie Major and Adrian Parrott, had the pleasure of catching up with Roger to continue the conversation and learn a little more about what it truly takes to develop and sustain high performance. It was a fantastic opportunity to gain further insight into the mindset of a champion and a fitting highlight of another successful international event.
