Delegant plans, organises and delivers a week long virtual event

Delegant worked with one of our association customers to plan and deliver a unique virtual event during the third COVID lockdown. The event was held over the course of a week and featured three sessions per day. Delegant provided all the planning, the delegate bookings and payments, speaker briefings, technical solution and on-the-day support. Over 200 people booked to attend the week long virtual event.

Angie Major, Managing Director, said “Having taken on-board the experiences and feedback of previous virtual events this week long format overcame some of the challenges that delegates faced. The association was related to the NHS and so time was limited for delegates and speakers. We were able to overcome this by pre-recording some of the speaker presentations and also recording all sessions for delegates to watch at a later date. The event was a great success and feedback was very good.”

Delegant Limited is an event and association management company based in Wantage, Oxfordshire. Delegant provides full service event management both nationally and internationally. These events range from small local meetings through to full scale global conferences. Delegant also provides full service management for associations including membership organisations, professional bodies, charities and trade unions.
