Return to in-person events with a Race Day

With the COVID restrictions starting to lift we were delighted to be asked to organise an in-person ‘get together’ for one of our association customers. Networking and sharing experiences is a key benefit of membership of the association and they were keen to do so as soon as possible. They approached Delegant to provide some ideas and to organise the event. An afternoon at Stratford-on-Avon horse racing following by dinner and an overnight stay in a hotel was what was agreed. Delegant organised the venue bookings, delegate bookings and payment and on-site support.

Angie Major, Managing Director, said “It was so good to get back to in-person events and to see the attendees really enjoying and benefitting from the event. This was also Kate Whitworth’s first event for Delegant since she joined us earlier in the year and it was good for her to meet members of the association that she deals with regularly as part of Delegant’s association management services”

Delegant Limited is an event and association management company based in Wantage, Oxfordshire. Delegant provides full service event management both nationally and internationally. These events range from small local meetings through to full scale global conferences. Delegant also provides full service management for associations including membership organisations, professional bodies, charities and trade unions.
